The crawler is built around a full-time 4WD drivetrain with metal gears throughout, ensuring durability and reliability under demanding conditions. The addition of a 27% rear underdrive axle improves climbing performance and stability, especially on steep or technical terrain.

Equipped with portal axles, the CR18P V3 achieves increased ground clearance, allowing it to pass over obstacles with ease. The counter-rotating driveshaft system reduces torque twist, helping maintain better control during climbs.

The suspension system features big bore oil-filled shocks with threaded bodies, allowing fine-tuning of ride height and damping. Combined with an aggressive link geometry and low center of gravity design, the crawler delivers excellent articulation and stability.

The Servo-On-Axle (SOA) setup enhances steering precision and places weight over the front axle for improved traction. Paired with beadlock wheels and soft 60mm mud-terrain tires, the Rushmore grips confidently across rocks, dirt, and uneven surfaces.
